Our Heritage & Beginnings

From Humble Beginnings to an Established Industry Leader.

The business began in Muscat in the 1940s. Mohanlal Arjun Pawani arrived from Kutch, in Gujarat, in 1944, when he was 19, and in 1946 he registered Mohanlal Arjun Pawani & Co.

Our journey began with a focused commitment to importing quality stainless steel utensils for the general consumer and household market.

Over the decades, guided by strong business values, market understanding and an unwavering focus on quality, Mohanlal Arjun Pawani has grown into one of the region's prominent stockholders and suppliers of hospitality and foodservice products.

What began as a specialised stainless steel business has expanded into a comprehensive product portfolio encompassing cookware, serving solutions, tableware, kitchen gadgets, GN pan inserts, stainless steel cooking utensils, barware and professional hotel equipment.
